Were you previously on Etsy? What happened?
Yes! We previously had a shop on Etsy but due to Etsy's restrictions and regulations we decided to grow our business through Shopify instead. Why is the nose wire on my face mask not bending properly? What should I do?
Some face masks have plastic nose wires for safety reasons whereas others have metal wires. If you want to know which masks have certain nose wires please message us! If pinching the nose wire at your nose bridge isn't working, take off your mask and fold it in half. Then apply pressure to bend the nose wire out to form a V shape. The memory retaining plastic will hold the v shape and provide protection over your nose.
What should I do if my order was marked as delivered but I never received my package?
If your order has been marked as delivered but you can't find it, first make sure you look around your house/area. Often times USPS will misdeliever to a neighbor so please consider asking around. If your package still doesn't turn up contact your local post office for assistance. Once an order has been shipped and tracked, it's in the care of USPS. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Do you offer any personalization?
We do not offer any personalization for orders unless it's for the request of choosing which color packs you'd like for your Mix&Match (Pack of 50). If you want multiple colors for a single pack of 10 masks message us and we will try our best to accommodate. Any other forms of personalization are not offered.
I need my order to arrive by X date, will it come in time?
We usually ship out orders within 1-3 business days, but please take into consideration standard USPS first class mail can take anywhere from 2-6 days depending on where you live. If you want to ensure your package gets to you by a certain date consider upgrading your shipping option to either priority mail or priority mail express depending on how soon you need your order. Please also keep in mind COVID-19 has caused worldwide and nationwide shipping delays, limiting USPS in its resources and workers.
What should I do if I received the wrong items?
If you received the wrong items, please email us at hhmasksboutique@gmail.com immediately with photo evidence of the incorrect order and we will send you the correct order ASAP ! We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
